Before you do anything go to Nostrgram and click on your profile. Then the green button and you'll get a list of your recent follows. You can restore that list.

If you've already started to follow people manually again then remember that Nostrgram and Iris have an option to backup your following and profile. You want to do that every few days. Lost all my following twice last week and had to restore.
