Well that’s embarrassing, looks like you are correct. I just checked the email address and it’s from:

1234202@informacliente.com.br

This is clearly not a legitimate Ledger address.

For future reference. Ledger cannot freeze your funds. Your 24 words control your funds. As long as you have those, you have full power over your funds.

But with the sharing/sharding nonsense with the keys i wouldn't put it passed them to be able to just sweep your funds out of the blue.
