That's where, on a plane where movement has to happen along the plane, like via walking or driving but not via helicopter, some person A legitimately owns a circle of land, and person B comes in and attempts to homestead a doughnut shape that circumscribes A's land and prevents A from leaving his driveway or any other escape from his house.
Discussion
In the island example, people A and Bezos are marooned on an Island, and Bezos attempts to homestead the entire island, forming a doughnut around A's body.
This contradicts A's objective control of his body and his standing room and breathing room, however, and it initiates a conflict over the control of not only that but various other controls he had over his body. At least that is the general form of the argument. I'm not a professional jurist.
