This doesn't even include if you lease the land you're doing this on and feed ruminants, poultry or hogs with rotational grazing, further adding fertility to the ground and increasing revenue. If you really want to get advanced, reserect the mammoth and give each state a small herd. Rotationally graze them in these forests and they will knock down dead trees and prune the overstory and feed local communities.
