Yeah I didn't even Google it lol. I will also not Google this but I assume they've dished out quite a lot of money on recruiting Celebes / egirls / influencers / paid articles
It seems to mostly be everyone getting together and finding an actual Chinese app that is available outside of China so that they can say "Fuck you I'll give China my data if I want". The Chinese on the app are playing their part as well.
