5:30 to 7:45 is "try to get daughter to school time" and I used to have a meeting at 8:00 in the office, and when I showed up late, I had to listen to all the jokes about how I was too lazy to make it to work on time.

Glad I quit that job.

And I love it when they claim flexible hours and home-office, but the meetings are all planned at 8am and 4pm in the office. 😜

yeah, i've been working with someone in california and it's a nightmare to coordinate... IMO 3 hours different is the most you can really do sustainably

I have that with GitCitadel. I take a nap in the afternoon and then I can stay awake for longer, while the Americans are up.
