It's a bit unfair to compare Canada to China.

One has a totalitarian communist regime that forces citizens to participate in medical experiments, encourages debilitating drug use, prohibits private medical care, freezes bank accounts of dissenters, uses euthanasia to save on socialized medical expenses, etc. The other is China.
