Too much carbs. Cut it to 50g a day. You will feel the difference in a week.

Thnx! What do you eat? More meat, eggs?

2-4 eggs is enough :)

Try to get daily calories from fats. Abandon bread, pasta etc. Get carbs from veggies. Some berries is fine from time to time.

Thnx for your tips. Going to avoid veggies (phytochemicals). Though going to eat meat, eggs, dairy and fruits.
