Ideally yea. Unfortunately, fiat food and environmental toxins have destroyed breastmilk production. Ideally you fix those two and produce enough, but in some cases if you still can’t, at least supplement with a seed oil free formula.
Supplement with someone else’s breast milk. This used to be a normal practice.
