Are they still having a constitutional crisis over there? Last I looked popular users were getting banned for praising the shooter which everybody over there assumed was safe to do.

Did the moderators give up?

I don’t think they have anything close to enough zoo keepers to keep a lid on the sheer hate-fest going on.
