I don't think it will be that bad. I cut my fire break early in the spring, and I have a few hundred gallons of water stocked in the watershed if I need to put out spot fires from wind blown embers. The hurricane is too far south to directly contribute to the fires, but it is kind of sucking in a high pressure system from the north so we are getting some light winds.

More of a just in case kind of thing.
