Imho … every cycle China signals it’s population when to buy and sell by being either soft or hard in crypto … it appears they are into their soft phase now …
They’ve been at it longer than other countries and had the benefit of having a huge chunk of the industry until they started their last hard phase … they know how it works … they are one of the biggest hodlers …
