Venerable Seraphim lived in complete silence for years, enduring extreme cold and hunger in the mountains. Villagers saw him covered in snow, praying fervently. He was eventually brought to Sâmbăta de Sus Monastery where he became a beacon of patience and humility. He never complained and always put others before himself, guiding many souls to Christ through his example.
