Had a lazy day doing odd little jobs.. one of them was oiling some old plain terracotta pots.

In Unsealed terracotta water evaporates very quickly. Filling the pores with oil, in this case linseed helps stop it.

I'm trying to move away from low use plastic and think more generationally..

And terracotta is relatively cheap if they get passed down the family.
