Before I was comfortable sleeping under the stars.

Now I need a safe neighborhood, 4 bdr, 3baths, on a dead end st. Preferably in a place with other families in the same stage of life.

And a jet ski.

Because a jet ski in your 30's is worth more than a yacht in your 60's.

Housing for your household I understand, but the jetski sounds like a luxury more than a utility.

Recreation in whichever form you choose is not a luxury. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to have fun.
