Was feeling fish today so I whipped up swordfish for lunch.

Salmon is normally my go-to, but my local fish store only had farm-raised and that’s a hard no for me.

This honestly came out really delicious. Simple ingredients is always the way to go. Butter, garlic, onion, fresh herbs, a little lemon & lime. I seared it first and then let it simmer with the sauce 🔥

Nice! Salmon is my go to twice per week. I also much prefer wild caught, but I will do farm raised if I have to.
