If you're using CLN through RTL on dockered BtcPayServer, setting channel fees via GUI doesn't work anymore. Here's a quick command line tip:

./bitcoin-lightning-cli.sh setupchannel [channel id here] 0 100

Where:

0 is basefee

100 is regular fee

That's because previous used 'setchannelfee' command is deprecated.
