I've bypass few google accounts on android from 2017, maybe 2019. If the phone is update it's not possible to bypass, they've fix it. Never pay online for unlocking phone they are all scams.

The way i do it was only using the phone, accessing the browser in hidden menu, download a file explorer app and change or replace file in google carpet. Restart the phone and voila! no more google lock
