Other than an rss reader?
I know that rss is commonly used alongside torrents for episodic content. I’d be willing to bet it’s very popular in jurisdictions where purchasing content is harder than pirating it.
Admittedly, I might’ve sidestepped your question there.
RSS isn’t sexy but it is reliable and privacy-preserving.
