Although I've been on a #carnivore diet for a good while now, I was still what I call a "Social carb & sugar eater" when in social settings to make things easier to get along. Meaning a little bread and maybe a sweet sauce in the meal.

After the last 2 times of doing this I think I won't bother anymore. The effects & discomfort afterwards is just not worth it.

Once a body knows better it doesn't want to go back I figure.
