A strong athletic body signals health. Bodybuilding, on the other hand, signals weakness: it's body dysmorphia and it's hard to watch someone get lost in that rabbit hole.

Here's an example. She became obsessed. Muscles became the goal instead of aquiring strength for health and family.

Maybe she's happier that way. Ofc if it really is a mental condition, I hope she gets better. Ariana grande is going through that, now she looks like she's dying of starvation and trying to call it healthy. 😔🙏
