Sounds good to me, start from what is there, spread the word. Maybe next step could be to find similar shops and then link them to a buddy shop that is helping with the setup. (eg. Restaurant to another Restaurant)

That’s also a very good thing. Regular meetings of everybody already accepting BTC - sharing experiences - and open for newcomer businesses who want to learn.
