i think @iefan and also someone else is working on such a thing.. didnt see anything ready yet

but you can also just post it in a note and use #nostrmarket, #craigslist and other relevant tags

Right now, it's a web of trust. In the upcoming main version, it will be connected to your Nostr profile. I mean, the next version will be way better.
