It would really depend. You’d have to capture quite a few codes from each service you’d want to compromise, and even then, it’s not guaranteed that you can determine the seed from a large number of codes. Unless the seed is very weak in and of itself, because you’d likely have to resort to brute forcing it. So, possible, yes. Likely, probably not.
