Had a similar experience with Venmo. Customer experience left such a careless bitter taste that I didn't even care about trying to start a new account.
I use venmo BC the credit card pays rewards in bitcoin. Better than any other card I've researched too

Yes, iirc. And yes, you can withdraw, usually I just send it to other venmo people tho.
