It all sounds good to me. Especially the ability to afford to look for a place to live. That's not happening for most in the US right now.

It'll probably be beyond me here in the #UK 🇬🇧 too.

But a bit of state jujitsu and the legal fact a company can own land/property and get access to funding might make it more within reach 🤔 😉
