I love the übermensch idea. Changed my outlook from nihilism to falling in love with life again. All parts of life - the dark and the light.
Imo, constant pursuit towards your final form is a good way to spend this limited amount of time we have alive and conscious. In my personal experience, this has meant embracing the ups and downs of life as part of the process.
I think that photo comes up when you read about the übermensch or just Nietzsche’s ideas generally.
