My favorite part of this is also the cognitive dissonance i receive when i explain why my personal scoreboard is so high. Others don't want to believe it was due to calculated decisions based on simple realities that just required an extended low-time preference.
I still get the "Oh i wouldn't do that. Oh that's too risky. etc" Simple sad fact is a lot of people see the scoreboard but then fall right back into their NPC/lemming mindset where they allow the legacy "expert" class to steer them back into a place of comfort because it's where the herd is at.
But it is a great point. Financial markets provide an absolute objective measure of success and how right you are. I just wish it wasn't so fucking hard when you give other people the cheat code on a golden platter then fail to recognize it.
