Yo nostr:npub1az9xj85cmxv8e9j9y80lvqp97crsqdu2fpu3srwthd99qfu9qsgstam8y8, I’ve been starting to look into outdoor home sauna information, now that I have room for one (still need to convince the wife 🤣)

I see a lot of small wood stoves listed on 2nd hand marketplaces. Given the ventilation is all done properly, can any stove be used? Or does does it need to be a specific type?

🤙

I don't like wood stoves, takes tooling to get things going and extra overhead. Get electrical.

Noted, thanks for the tip!

I guess the major drawback is I’d need some electrical work done. Will look into it.

They can pull 220 from a 110 service.

Also good to know 🤙

My house is old (by US standards). The electric system already struggles to keep up, so I may need some work regardless
