I know regular yogurt and greek yogurt. I didn't even know that bulgarian yogurt was a thing.

Tecnically "Greek" yogurt doesn't exist. It is just Bulgarian yogurt marketed as Greek for some reason. The Greek people don't make yogurt. Source: I am Bulgarian
