if i am the owner of the meeting place, i say who is in it
for the most part i want harmony so people keep buying the drinks at the bar
i'm not gonna let rats run the show if my drinks profit and membership dues suffer
thus, zero government is too much, we need a little slack
The defense of property rights, I imagine, would not take very much government.

I don't view that as theft so long as members can easily exit to other politics.

the land is all i need, the rest is about me negotiating equitable deals with my trading partners
i only need an intermediary when there is a dispute
i usually will take a loss and shun a trading partner who is dishonest and manipulative than even bother to go get an arbitrator
the only role of government is arbitration, and thus they only have relevance if people refuse to negotiate
