In vanilla Oblivion, most armor sets use the same model for both male and female characters, though with minor size or fit adjustments. I can't tell if you're a bot or not because that's some robotic reply but you're wrong, I took this pic from my PS3 version of the game so there's no way it's modded, this is a cloth in the vanilla game.

But I can totally see why you would think different cloths for females could only mean modded in the anti-fun and anti-truth decade
