my cure- force wake before sunrise and get right to (creative) work. It wont take long until u will start getting tired earlier and the key is to allow yourself to just do nothing and go to bed earlyer. I grew up with insomnia and "creative after everyones asleep" rythm and am 5am waker nowadays😇 i know @odell agrees 👾 EARLY GM NOSTRRRRRR !!!!!!
