🔥Hot take: Seeing gay marriage celebrated in your main stream media is a sign of cultural decline, not progress. I don't care what your sexual preference is though. Classal liberalism. Yea, I said it. Rome got pretty perverted there near the end too.

Yeah, certainly not a popular thing to say, and I have for a long time considered myself quite apolitically progressive (though NOT in an economic sense), but I do tend to agree with your sentiments. Everyone do whatever the fuck you want to do as long as you are not committing violence toward others, but celebrating explicitly anti-life choices doesnt seem to bode well for the future of a successfully procreative populace. Again, to underscore, do what you want, live your version of the best life, but on a macro level (and with the inevitable cultural programmimg that comes with celebration), this may not be a net positive for humanity.
I also don't care, not really, but I don't want my son seeing that stuff on TV (which is why we don't have a TV)
But seeing a man kiss another man is perhaps the most repulsive thing I can think of
I agree on the TV thing. We have TV but no services. I download everything and my library is curated. So my children watch Hannah Barbara era cartoons like I did. But seeing men kiss is to me just like seeing anyone else kiss. If it's more than a quick goodbye or something, I don't want to see it. Straight or gay.
The only real progress is advancing freedom tech. The media is a small part of the greater system called the state. Until the state is subverted you will continue to get fiat world. Culture war stuff is used to distract and control you
Eh, governance always develops. They key is to keep the governance as local as possible. Our media is certainly an arm of the state. Culture is very important for progressing freedom.
