Everybody felt the pain, but much less for people who didn't join impactful economic activities, to my understanding

like right now people in China are leveraging 20, 30 years debt to buy houses meanwhile there's apparent bubble bursting on the edge.

Same problems in a bunch of other countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc… it’s a big problem.

Real estate prices have gone so high that it doesn’t make economic sense for anyone. Yet the government can’t let prices drop because it will undermine the middle and upper class retirement system.
