I have some stacks scattered over several lightning wallets. My plan is to stack sats in one wallet, sparing some sats for daily spending in another wallet.
-Should I stick with Wallet of Satoshi?
-Should I stick with Getalby + Zeus LN?
-Should I stick with Phoenix Wallet?
-Zebedee (small amount)
Right now I don't have the budget for a cold wallet solution. Till now which way should I choose?

In his case I would go with Phoenix!
Send it all to a Muun Lighting addy, then cold storage.
For ⚡️, I personally like WOS for its simplicity.
Phoenix for being non-custodial and Zeus connected to your node.
There are trade-offs everywhere so it really depends on what you want/need.
I also like to use Azteco for purchasing Ethical Sats and redeem them on ⛓️ or ⚡️.
Phoenix Wallet for stacking ..
Alby + Zeus for daily spends ..
cold storage as soon as you can!

I would pick the phoenix solution. Actually I'm using phoenix + getalby but that's personal preference. The splicing feature of phoenix is in my opinion pretty awesome. 😊

Alby's browser plugin is very useful. You can use it with Bluewallet or Zeus. I preferably use Bluewallet. You can add both on-chain wallet and lightning wallet.
I’m searching for self custodial wallet solution for stacking. It would be Phoenix or Muun. I have not enough experience running my own lightning node so these are the options for me. (/untill I get a cold storage)
Daily spendings (zaps, donations, etc) will be on Alby.
