Compared to other diets, I see people with carnivore having amazing success rates.

However, I see five common and easy to avoid problems people have getting on the diet in the first few weeks and even months.

One not eating enough

Two too much fat (excess diarrhea) or too little fat (low energy)

Three not enough salt or electrolytes early on

Four not using the diet as an elimination diet in the beginning to test for any food sensitivities.

Five some people say they don't like meat or otherwise have difficulty preparing meat based meals they enjoy. Probably 50 to 75% of these issues can be solved by better cooking skills.
