The pay to live already exist, pharmaceutical industry is already cynic.

Many medicine progress have been done by public research.

It is just stupid the money goes to private company only for benefit, instead of rewarding the public scientist by improving their working conditions.

Anyway, technology progress will just introduce a way to be more cynical than nowadays but for a longer time and in a more insidious way. this episode is, on many points, realistic, and it is the path we are already walking on.

The only way would be to improve public research as an industry.

It will cost less for everyone to buy medicine and it will be a lot less cynical.

But it is not enough capitalist-compliant. Benefits must go to few people, even if they do nothing more than investing.

It is just stupid to apply a blind-capitalism for health, and a lot more stupid when research are also done by public entities, but benefits not so it means less investing for public search... just a vicious circle.
