No, I am not talking about the spam. The spam here is very small problem. I am talking about the fact that >80% of the posts are crypto related. I've promoted it on 4chan some time ago and all the replies were in the form of "fuck off with this crypto bullshit". It is known as crypto discussion and not as a free speech platform.

I don't think that is nessesarily a bad thing. The free speech crowd is pretty small and obsessed with Jews. They make platforms hard to grow. I would prefer it be built first off other communities. But we do need more communities.

nostr is never going to permit all speech everywhere, the point is any speech cant be stopped somewhere on nostr

example, chinese are still using nostr after china tried to stop it
