Point 1) Maybe for most yes, depending on financial situation.

But the other 2 points, I don't get why you wouldn't do it today.

There is no reason to not send an on-chain transaction today, but lightning nodes are difficult with a high risk of loss. Ask me how I know.

This is a temporary state. You have to be able to afford on-chain fees and they're usually high.

I agree. I hope fees remain low for a little while, but I think you're right.

There are already hundreds of millions more Bitcoiners than Bitcoin, and hardly anyone owns any. There are like 8 billion people on the planet and most don't even know what it is, yet.

I think people who got in early can't even comprehend just how much money €100k is.

I've been stacking since 2019 and I've got almost no chance, unless I win the lottery or something, and I don't play the lottery. 😅

Bitcoin already has a price that makes it similar to buying an apartment, only you can't get a mortgage for it.

Many people will never own enough Bitcoin to pay the fees, for on-chain or channels, or they will use Bitcoin and save so little of it, that there's just no point.
