Tried opening an account at nostr:npub1xkere5pd94672h8w8r77uf4ustcazhfujkqgqzcykrdzakm4zl4qeud0en provided docs and my account was denied with no reason. I have an account at every major exchange and payment service and good standing on every account. I wanted to support a bitcoin business but this is the problem with most of them now they use service providers that are terrible. There is no way I should be denied an account. They say they can’t provide details because of security, fine but this service is what turns people away and to the exchanges. It is acceptable and people should speak up. Do better.
