People at my work are very secretly talking about unionizing and they are trying to get signatures. They asked me to sign and I tried to explain to them why unionizing isn't going to fix anything. But of course they wouldn't listen. I will not work in a union.

I guess this means that you are happy with the money you make for the skills you possess and effort you exert? It also means that the profit margins the company has are reasonable in your opinion? I think some unions have become lumbering regulatory monsters, but there are no limits to how much business will starve workers to increase already ridiculous profit margins.
