Good morning! ☕️

So, I’ve been reading a lot about carnivore diets on Nostr.

Having been mostly a non-meat eater my whole life and even vegan a couple of years ago, I'm curious if this diet might help my body perform better and reduce my constant fatigue and inflammation.

As a woman and a runner, I'm looking for insights on the best approach to transitioning to a carnivore diet.

Specifically, what considerations should I keep in mind, and who can I trust for guidance?

There’s so much conflicting information out there, and I feel that asking this on social media will just get me the usual negative comments.

I’d really appreciate any honest advice or personal experiences that can help me make an informed decision. 🙏🙏🙏

I have been on a loose paleo diet for years. This is carnivore plus fruit (minimal), vegetables and nuts. It unquestionably makes me feel and look better. I imagine carnivore will have similar results, I just can’t eat that much meat. There does seem to be a consensus that if you dive straight into carnivore your bowels will be quite loose for around a week. Best wishes.
