Woke up in the middle of the night with what the medical world would describe as symptoms of sub acute appendicitis. Attempting to treat with an extended water fast and feeling OK so far. I'll do almost anything to avoid the hospital and surgery.

Haha hopefully I can monitor the discomfort closely enough to make an informed decision to go get emergency help if my little experiment doesn't work!
Going well so far. Cautiously optimistic that this has worked. Going to go another 12-24 hours to be sure. Fasting is as close as we'll ever get to a cure-all.
