It’s a great idea, unfortunately they can just take whatever paper house and land you own. Until then at least fences work but we will all end up eventually like South Africa with electric and razor wires on top of them.

Private property can only exist if the group decides that the individuals’ right to self determination is worth the inconvenience of decentralized control.
