Anyway, I guess I could ask, if the moral action isn't the one that maximizes utility, then can you say how else we should determine what is moral?

I’ve always thought that it’s very easy for me to determine if something is moral or not… but i guess it depends on the degree of guilt that someone can get to feel. It’s something that you got (in a balanced way) or you don’t.

Yes, sure, but the whole point of moral philosophy is to try to put that intuition into words. To come up with some sort of more objective criteria.
