I hear you, but that is outside of "society". Ifyoiu have a job, you will need a bank account to get paid, etc and such. You can build those black and gray markets, but cash has it's days numbered and regarding crypto, it willtakee a long time before it is widely adopted, if it ever will be. CBDCs will not only be mandatory, but will be the choice of the vast majority of "society", so you will be back to trading only with like minded individuals, who offer very limited goods/services. Ans besides that, all the phisical and " mind" controls that will be in place, allowing for the easy disvovery of individuals using gray and darkmarkets, so they can be properly "reeduvated". I am not much of an optimist myself, but hey, I hope things work out for us, even though I know they wont.
