I’m finding it inconsistent in other areas too

Military theory attempts to place a scientific process on things like power projection

He’s making the case that attacking another nations cyberspace could be an act of war

Attacking another nations underwater gas pipeline is also an act of war, but it’s not leading to war. Why? Because of power projection in other areas: nuclear, fiscal, social, etc

Saying the USG needs another way to project power to protect cyberspace is redundant

If Bitcoin is a weapon, it’s the weapon of the guerrilla who blacks the power projection of a nation-state, but can nevertheless use it to bring down nation-states and international monetary systems that nation-states would use their power to protect
