The squat is my nemesis 😂😂

I started with ankle mobility. Once I had the range of motion in that joint, proper form was possible and the weight started going up.

Hmmm, I'm guessing for me it's hip joints I need to stretch more 🤔 I just want to lift really heavy things 😆 #goals
