All my big consumptions are controlled by Home Assistant, so I can easily shut them down in peaks. I contacted utility, but their offer was 10% lower price in fixed hours. They cannot offer me realtime spot prices.

Probably 2 reasons. legislation and old tech - HDO. We probably need 2 way communication and calculating realtime price with capacity price as bigist obstacle, i have doubt that czech utility can do it 😂
